A superb apartment in an ideal location. The hosts was excellent and very responsive before and during our stay. The beach is on the door step and both the bus and tram stops on just around the corner.

The host was wonderful, very flexible regarding our arrival time (delayed flight). Place was spotlessly clean with comfy beds. Well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect with lots of restaurant options nearby (shout out to the restaurant Que Rico right in front of the apartment). And the view from the terrace is simply spectacular.

Beatriz who met and greeted us was lovely, she was always available during our stay when we contacted her for questions, and went out of her way to make our stay smooth. The views from the balcony were exceptional. The beach was beautifully maintained...much more space and not at all crowded compared to the Alicante city beach.

This is a superb apartment. It is exactly like the pictures. It is right across from the beach and the views are simply stunning. There is a beautiful balcony where you can sit, relax and listen to the sound of the sea. It is close to all amenities and also close to a bus stop where you can get into Alicante in 20 minutes. The apartment has everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. The beds are all very comfortable too. Beatriz met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment immensely and will definitely come back in the future.

“Exceptional”

A superb beach front apartment! It is probably one of the best apartments you can stay within the San Juan beach area with fantastic views. You can chill out on the balcony/terrace, enjoy the gentle sea breeze or have your meals or drinks out there in the evenings. It's very clean, spacious, modern, bright and is fully equipped with all the facilities you need including WiFi and AC. Restaurants, a supermarket, and other shops are all nearby. Tram and bus stops are close by, if you fancy traveling in Alicante or other places. Our host Beatriz was very accommodating, friendly and made our stay perfect! We had an amazing family holiday! I highly recommend this place to anyone and would return to stay here again.
