The hotel territory is beautiful, with lovely shady palm trees, there is a pool with lounges and parasols, there is a play area for kids. In the appartnent, there was pretty much everything we needed for cooking. The issue with kitchen tap leak was solved quickly and efficiently.

The apartment was light and airy situated in a stunning palm tree garden. It had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The pool area was well maintained and pleasant.

The apartment and the garden was nice, Has a large swimming pool, We enjoyed the roof terrace alot taking in the sun, Shops are maybe 10mins walking distance for the supermarket, Was a Very peaceful stay and would come back again. Carlos was strait forward and very helpful even asked if we need a taxi booked for the airport. No complaints 👌

The apartment was very clean and well kept. The pool was open and the gym and sauna were available to use too. Its basic but a great additional extra that we took advantage of. There were plenty of towels and extra pillows provided. As well as shower wash. It had everything we needed. Carlos was very kind and helpful, and provided lots of local and transport information. There's a bus that takes you right into the centre for Alicante within 30 minutes. And the tram is a 30 minute walk away. Its great value for money if you dont mind being a bit further out of town. There are lots of nice walks nearby.

We had a fantastic stay, very well maintained apartment complex, clean, and the gardens are beautiful! We loved how it was never busy and the residential area is quiet but close to the amenities you need. Carlos was so helpful, providing information on the local area, places to eat, etc. We can’t fault it and plan to return soon!

We loved to stay there, and the host Carlos was really helpful. Room and common areas were clean, the palmtrees and pool were amazing.

The whole area is very lovely, palms from different places in the world. Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, gym, rooftop is all to use and it worked great. Awesome contact with the owner. Great location, very cozy and quiet. Extremely clean. Washing machine, dishwasher, full size fridge were in a lot of use!

Beautiful place to spend a holiday. Love that it’s gated and secure. Jacuzzi was a great plus, although it stopped working mid-holiday.

Fantastic location and beautiful apartment close to supermarket and bus lines 23 and 10. Perfect to get into Alicante centre. Lovely quiet area. Apartment was well equipped as i did cook quite a bit. I did need to buy a knife, wooden cooking utensil and scissors for the kitchen but everything else was there. They even provided bin liner and washing up liquid. I used the jacuzzi alot which was brillant. The pool was out of service as they were doing some maintence which was a shame. Was only told few day before my stay. Had abit of issue with ants on the odd day but issuse would be avoided if I put bin out more often. Cleaners did help with ants. Would stay again. Highly recommend the apartment. Carlos was very helpful and provided tips and a map of town centre, so helpful.
