Mabel is a great host! The appartment is very spacious and the view cannot be better! City center is very close and the beach is just across the street. There is also beach equipment available in the appartment (towels, umbrellas).

The apartment is very well situated within walking distance of the old town of Alicante and the beach it also has a beautiful view of the bay. The property is very well appointed with all facilities that you would need when on holiday. There is a local supermarket close by together with a couple of cafes. Mabel, the host, is exceptional with nothing being too much trouble - she also responds to any contact very promptly. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

The apartment was spacious. While traditional, it had all mod cons. The location was excellent, looking out at the ocean and a short walk to the old town. Mabel, the owner, was great..so obliging and helpful and always on hand to answer a query.

Our stay at the apartment was a delightful experience from start to finish. The owner's warm welcome and fluency in French made communication effortless, while her local insights enhanced our stay. The apartment itself was impeccably stocked with everything we could possibly need, allowing us to travel light. The highlight, however, was the stunning beach view, offering picturesque sunrises and sunsets. The owner's recommendations for dining were spot-on, and her assistance in arranging transportation to the airport was greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay was unforgettable, and we're already planning our return trip to this beachfront gem.
