The apartment has a great view of the beach (you can easily cross over the nearby highway via an overpass) and is close to the city center. The bed is comfy and the apartment, while not new, is clear and has all facilities needed for a short stay.

Air con and internet very good. Virtually had everything that you would need. Fabulous view. Good location. Easy access to beach and town.

The apartment is ideal for a relaxing break . The location is excellent for access to the beach , the esplanade and the older part of the city . We also enjoyed using the local shops , the bakery and the cafes in the neighbourhood . Everyone was very friendly and welcoming . The temperature was very hot during our visit so we were glad of the excellent air conditioning in the apartment .

Apartment was in an ideal location facing the beach. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Despite being near a busy road the traffic noise was not a problem and we were only really aware of it while sitting on the balcony.

We loved our stay at the apartment. It was in a great location near the old town and the castle was right above it. It was very clean, the balcony and sea views were great and the neighbours were friendly and quiet. Alicante is a fun city with lots to see as well. Check-in was easy and the host waited for us to arrive from our flight and was helpful and attentive throughout.

The apartment was very modern, immaculately clean and well equipped ......there was everything you needed to cater for yourselves. The view was amazing and the apartment was literally a 2 minute walk into the heart of the old town. The host is so approachable and helpful and answered any questions we had immediately...nothing was too much trouble.

Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was at my fingertips, from the comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen to the fast Wi-Fi connection. What truly made my stay exceptional was the host. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, always willing to help and offer advice. They recommended great places to visit in the area and thanks to their tips, I had some unforgettable experiences. I can't forget to mention the stunning view from the apartment. Every morning I looked forward to enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony and admiring the panorama of the surrounding countryside. It was truly a balm for the soul! The apartment exceeded all my expectations and I have nothing to complain about. I really enjoyed myself and I will definitely be back in the future. This apartment is simple fantastic. It has everything you need (even beach towels), you literally only need to bring your clothes. The location is great, every attraction is within a short walking distance. There are great bars and restaurants in a couple of minutes walk. There is also a small supermarket in 2 mins. Desi is extremely kind and helpful, and she replied to all my questions in max an 1 hour. Parking was also easy on the street in front of the apartment.
