I enjoyed my stay at Apartamento Arena in Playa de San Juan. However, the left key did not work, which meant we could not use the gym or the paddle court. This was disappointing, especially since we tried to contact the owner but did not receive any response. Apart from this issue, we had a pleasant stay.

Beautifully styled interior. Exceptionally clean. Everything you could need was provided, beach towels, first aid kit, toiletries etc. The host was most welcoming providing us with local information re restaurants etc. and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

“Lovely home away from home apartment”

We loved everything. Spotless clean and had everything we needed for a 3 week stay. The location is in a residential area with lots of very nice neighbourhood restaurants. Also close to several tram stops which made it easy to get into Alicante and Benidorm. We hope to return in the future.

In general, I'm reluctant to write long reviews for properties I stay in alone or with my family. But this time I want to do an exception because I carry special memories. First of all, Maria as the owner of this beautiful apartment in an exceptional location (one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain, San Juan, is only 800m away) and her hospitality. Second, tidiness, cleanliness, the way the apartment is furnished, household appliances. Everything. Amazing. Thirdly, the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, has a community pool, gym, padel courts and, especially important, a garage. Simply, even if you wanted to, you couldn't find a single fault with this apartment.

Spotless apartment with everything you need & would wish for. Beautiful decorated apartment with sunny balcony, large living & dining space, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower in each and bath in one. Located in a very nice suburb, clean, safe and quiet. Short stroll to restaurants & bars and 10-15min walk to beach. Maria was very kind and extremely helpful.

Stunning apartment in a great location near to playa de San Juan and an easy tram journey into Alicante centre. Maria was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and return in the future!
