“Beautiful apartment with room for small improvements”
Beautiful view and relatively close to the beach. Apartment is beautifully furnished overall and has a nice size. The key handover at check-in was very friendly and warm.

Communication was slightly awkward as I don’t understand Spanish and I got very upset being away on my own however the place was lovely once sorted actually really lovely

Modern, well equipped kitchen, spotless clean property, comfortable bed. The host let us in, he was very kind. Good public transport connection, safe location, sea front. Outstanding window view and silence - absolutely ZERO noise from the street or neighbors (highest floor)!

Enough positives. Difficult for non-Spanish speakers to contact/access the property, but a chap did meet us at the gate and did a good job taking us up to the apartment. The parking is outside and large but is behind a secure gate. The apartment is OK but the view is pretty good - enjoy a home cooked sunset ocean view dinner - a good supermarket is not far away (near the tram stop in/from the centre). The beach looks good from a height but is really poor, but if you take a peasant walk in along the shore a good beach is 10-15min away. Heading to the castle, the 1.5hr walk is mixed - the tram is easier!

“Great option, great value - 15 min drive from Alicante centre and 5 min drive from San Juan beach.”
Great value for money. Views of the sea from the apartment window. Everything working, clean and ready for visitors. Really nice hosts. All good. Great bar/chiringuito/restaurants nearby on the beach.
