The property was very clean, the kitchen had all the equipment. The AC was amazing and you could easily switch between temperatures.

The apartment is located in an excellent area, right in the center of Alicante. There are shops, a bakery, and many restaurants just a short walk away. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the promenade. The place is very pleasant and has two bedrooms, including one with a private bathroom. The apartment is quiet, exceptionally clean, and smells fresh. It has all possible household appliances and is very well equipped. The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. Communication with the owner was excellent. Javier was always available on WhatsApp, and contacting him was easy and convenient. Concha, who handed us the keys, was extremely kind and friendly. She showed us the entire apartment, which was a big plus. Everything was tidy and well taken care of—the apartment itself, the staircases, and the surrounding area were all very clean. A lovely touch was the availability of coffee, sweet snacks in the kitchen, and bottles of water in the fridge. We highly recommend this place.

“A good base to see Alicante”

Excellent apartment and generously equipped. Arrival was good because we were met outside the apartment and shown around. During our stay there was a problem with the TV. The owner personally came over and managed to fix it. Location was good: close to the railway station and a good supermarket.

The location was excellent-within walking distance of many interesting places and excellent restaurants. We liked sitting on the balcony for breakfast. Javier met us on arrival and explained how everything worked. He also kept in contact by text. Excellent. 😊👍

Great property … exactly as described … helpful host Javier provided all the information needed before arrival. Met by Nuria on arrival to show us around the apartment & was available to answer any questions we had. Water & milk left in the fridge on arrival … a nice touch. Approx 15 mins walk from the center & approx 9 mins from the tram. Lots of coffee shops & places to eat close by.

Very nice apartment close to the shops, bars, restaurants and old town. It was just ideal for two couples with two bedrooms as well as bathrooms.

“Perfect apartment”

Perfect location. There is everything you might need for a short vacation. The location is very good because the center is nearby. Comfortable beds. There is a washing machine and dryer. The apartment itself is very cozy.

The apartment is very well equipped and of a high standard in a residential near the main shops e.g. El Corte Ingles. The top of mushroom street is also walkable to access the old town restaurants and bars. The beds are super comfortable, the Wifi spot on and the apartment felt safe and secure. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. We liked Luceros tram station being within walking distance which allowed us to travel easily to Playa San Juan and El Campello.

The apartment was fabulous. 2 very spacious double bedrooms and 2 toilets with walk in showers. The living area was also very spacious and the kitchen was full of all the utilities you would need. Added bonus of a washing machine

“Fabulous apartment”

This apartment was absolutely amazing, the location was perfect for the train station and the tram stop and only 15 minutes walk to the promenade/ marina. It was very modern , clean and spacious, everything was top quality. The kitchen was well equipped with great equipment and utensils with everything you need, even a coffee machine, we were met by a lovely lady who made sure we settled in and gave us lots of local information. Great value for the price. I would most definitely stay here again

“Very comfortable apartment”

The very well equipped apartment that has everything you may ever need for a longer stay. The full kitchen where you can even bake if you want to. Two bathrooms accommodate group of four or more very well. Good commute to any part of Alicante from the bus stops nearby. Multiple dining and shopping options in the neighborhood. Host is super responsive.

Perfect lacation, in the center of the city but in quiet area. Appartment is very comortable, nicely decorated, equipped with everything you need, incl 2 bathrooms that was very convenient for our family. Very good contact with Javier - the owner.
