“We would stay there again.”

The location was great. Exactly what we wanted. Among the restaurants and bars with lots to see and do in easy walking distance. Alicante’s transport system is amazing. The 1 hr 20 min journey to Benidorm was €4.50 ish .. return. Trams every half an hour. The apartment was quirky with an eclectic mix of furniture and objects. Joey, the host, had left loads of basics - coffee milk fruit chocolates etc. the cupboards were well stocked with everything you could want in a store cupboard. The bed was comfortable. The towels and bedlinen clean. We had an early arrival and Joey was kind enough to let us move in hours before the official time. And although he asked us to vacate earlier than the official time, he let us leave our bags until it was time to go to the airport. I loved the tiny little outside patio. We didn’t make use of it as December is not the month to sit out, Joey also recommended loads of restaurants in the area, but we would need a much longer stay to get round them all.

Fabulous apartment. Homely and well decorated. Great kitchen facilities. Joey was a great host, leaving his own birthday drinks to welcome us! Everything is supplied including a shipping trolley and beach chairs. Would definitely return.

Joey, like his Condo, is amazing. Easy check in. Friendly, helpful, above the call of a holiday accommodation. Joey did everything and more for us. We will return.

“Wonderful stay at Joey's”

Everything was perfect! Host was extremely welcoming and accomodating, responsive and very knowledgeable about the area. Apartment has everything one would need for a short or longer stay. Very well equipped kitchen, even with condiment packets. Specific floor plan - 2 separated sections with bedroom and bathroom each - would feel nice and private for 2 couples. Location is perfect, everything is right around a corner - be it bars, beach or historical spots.

Amazing quirky apartment. The extras in the apartment were fabulous. Was right in the centre and close to everythiing. Joey met us with the keys and explained everything.

Another fantastic visit to Alicante using Joey's apartment. It's so well located and equipped which makes for a comfortable and convenient stay. We were two friends travelling together so an ensuite double bedroom each was perfect along with the good sized living/dining room, we felt very at home.

Joey is a great host, excellent communication after booking and any queries quickly resolved. It is so luxurious to have a double ensuite room EACH for me and my mum so that we can both be comfortable and come and go enjoying our favourite Alicante activities together.

Everything was absolutely fantastic and super clean and comfortable..The apartment is in the old town centre of Alicante and is surrounded by cafes,bars,restaurants and shops but is very quiet and comfortable with colourful,artistic decor,a real home from home. It has everything and more you will need for a stay in Alicante.The owner provides everything and extras and goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort and is extremely friendly and helpful with many fantastic recommendations for eating out around the area.If we could give an evaluation of more than 10 we would. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Alicante.

Joey, the host, was incredibly friendly, so helpful and generous. He waited for us at the location, even though our plane was late. Joey left us fruit, bread, coffee, yoghurt, tea, and much more. He gave us lots of suggestions for places to eat and go. The apartment is amazing, very clean and cozy, well equipped, more than we need. It was perfectly located in the centre of Alicante, wery close to restaurants and bars. We would recommend it to friends who travel to Alicante. Our family spent there 9 nights. We really felt like home and we definitely recommend Joey the perfect host to our friends. I hope we will be back soon! Thank you for everything, Joey!

location was central and could walk everywhere. We have been to a dozen short term rentals and this was the best. Apt well stocked, clean, and host provided tons of worthwhile information.

Location of this condo is ideal. No more than 5-7 minute walk to everything: restaurants, shops, super markets, Paseo, subway statiions, a lovely beach, museums, etc. The condo is comfortably appointed with great beds and good linens and the kitchen is equipped with an abundance of quality pots and pans. The host had generously left breakfast items in the fridge, fruit, coffee, cakes, yoghurt. A very thoughtful gesture.

“A perfect city break”

Joey was an exceptional host, meeting and guiding us to his property. The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked with equipment and treats. It is in a great location near restaurants and bars and close to the beach.
