Location fabulous we went to a fabulous meal and concert 10 min walk away. Owner very friendly. Everything you need for couple nights stay. Very quiet inside. Great to have a fan and air con. We will visit again.

Fabulous location. Close to a beautiful beach and harbour. Great choice of tapas bars and restaurants within walking distance. The host Jesus was kind, friendly and gave lots of informative advice on the local area. It was easy to transfer from Alicante airport to the property.

Jesus was a great host. He explained the room air conditioning/heating unit and the lighting. He gave advice on some local places to eat. He showed me the roof terrace which has stunning views of the Castle, Marina and the city, day and night. He has a lovely home in a great part of the city. Just a minutes walk to the beach and the beautiful Explanada de Espana. Restaurants and bars abound, even in December. I highly recommend his as a place to stay.

It was really nice to stay here) Jesus was very friendly and answer all our questions) We were staying in apartment just for one night before our flight but because we were very close to all the main things we were able to see a lot nice place in Alicante and also Jesus gave us access to the roof with amazing view for Alicante🥰 If I will be in Alicante I will definitely stay here again, so nice place!!!

Jesus was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is centrally located and a 3 minute walk from the beach. The room had everything you needed in it - coffee machine, AC, sugar etc.

it was a great choice. The location is convenient near the beach and the center. The bed is comfortable, and there is a private shower and toilet. The apartment has a very interesting design, and the host is very friendly and helpful. The room has a coffee machine, coffee, tea, glasses for drinks and wine, and even a corkscrew. Recharging, sockets, interesting light. When I was there, there was no air conditioning in the room, but I don't like them, and I was fine with the fan on the ceiling.

The host was very nice, the room was well prepared for my arrival, with everything necessary, towel, bathroom toiletries etc. Location was the Best!!

Great location close to the beach. Jesús was such a nice host, gave us recommendations, and offered us beach umbrellas/towels etc. We could also leave our luggage there after check-out before our bus. There was a rooftop with an amazing view, too. Only thing is there's no aircon, but honestly the fan in the room suited me fine, even in July. I would stay again for sure!!

Location is definitely one of the best with access to the rooftop, very friendly and kind owner, cozy room with coffee machine and tea.

We loved our stay! The host, Jésus, is such a great guy! A very nice public beach is super close to this accommodation. The place is easily accessible from the airport by bus. The host also gave us the keys to the rooftop, where you have a beautiful view on the city.
