It was a very comfortable apartment with plenty of room for 4 of us. We cooked a meal and had everything we needed plus there were some condiments. The courtyard had a clothes line which was helpful for drying our clothes. The market was just around the corner (but be aware it closes at 3pm) and the old town was a 5 minute was down the road. We could walk 10 minutes to the beach, marina and the lift to get up to the wonderful castle. We didn’t need keys to get in or out as the door at the bottom opened automatically when we pressed for our apartment and there was a code on the door which opened the apartment. It was very secure once inside the apartment.

The property was ideal inside - and the baby bath and highchair and cot were perfect! The price was very fair. My only issue is that this property has stairs that you must go up to access the elevator. It was in a category for properties that have elevator access but in fact I had to carry the buggy up steps first which was quite difficult.

The location is perfect...you can walk everywhere. Loads of restaurants and beach within walking distance. We were a group of 4 and had plenty of space in apartment. Plenty of facilities ..love the fact that there was suger and bits in kitchen to have with coffee. We did not cook at all in apartment even though we'll equipped cause so many restaurants around. Lovely clean apartment in the center of alicante and everything on doorstep. Would recommend.

The property was very comfortable with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend trip away. Great facilities and very clean and well maintained. The 3 double bedrooms with two bathrooms are all great with air conditioning throughout meaning it was never too hot. The WiFi is fast and reliable.

Zia was the perfect hoste. The appartment was located next to the central market and close to good bars and restaurants and the beach. The appartment itself was very large and the three bedrooms were excellent for a grandad with two grandkids. We had a truely great holiday.

“Exceptional apartment with a caring host”

First time visiting Alicante with family. Apartment was nice and clean and looked new. Can easily accommodate 6 people. Quality fittings with everything provided including washing liquid and dishwasher tablets. The apartment is central to all amenities with lots of eateries to choose from. Farmers market is across the road with fish mongers, meat and vegetable stalls. Supermarket and Tram station is around the corner. Beach is just a 12 min walk. Host was exceptional in providing suggestions and directions on what to see and where to eat authentic Spanish food. Will definitively stay again.

The apartment is very well equipped, we did not miss anything during our one week stay with 2 kids. It is nice and extremely well located. There were even capsules for the wasking mashine and the dishwasher as well.

everything about it was fab so well equipped so comfortable the beds were to die for a great relaxing place in a great location.

Exceptional value for money. One of very few 3 bed apartments with two bathroom facilities. Sparkling clean and in perfect condition. The location was superb for the castle, museums, restaurants, shops, indoor market, public transport, and only a 10-minute walk from the front. The kitchen was well equipped with an oven, hob, and microwave. Also benefits from a utility room with washing machine. There is outdoor airing space. The fridge freezer is a good size and was stocked with wine, lager, and coke! Plenty of wardrobe hanging space Opposite is the long stay pre bookable multistory carpark.
