“Poor Management and uncomfortable stay”
Our experience was very disappointing. There was a constant electricity issue throughout our stay. The AC, fans, and lights kept turning off repeatedly, making it very uncomfortable, especially for families with children. Despite charging the full amount, the management did not provide any proper solution. Whenever we complained, they simply blamed MSEB and said the issue was not from their side. The staff behavior was also rude and aggressive while responding to our concerns. Instead of helping guests, they argued and avoided responsibility. Another major issue was the limited food menu. There were very few options available, yet guests were not allowed to bring food from outside. If the property cannot provide enough food choices, they should allow guests the freedom to order or bring food according to their preferences, especially when traveling with family.
