“Morning desk guy needs to be fired !”
I couldn't visit cause the man who answered the call told me my booking is not confirmed in the morning when I had a Ferry to catch in 2 hours. This man was not bothered, no remorse and wanted to extort money by booking me into an expensive room. He lied to the Booking.com customer care exec by telling them the room I booked is under maintainance and I get a text from the hotel in the evening inquiring about my arrival ! I picked this place cause I was travelling with my cat and I couldn't prep her and medicate her before getting on the Ferry and she was anxious the WHOLE time, meowing and panting. I reached the Ferry point 5 minutes before the check in shut. I had to repack my bag ! This man working on the desk in the morning needs to be fired ! HATED IT !

Property was clean, staff was very polite and respectful. We were coordinating with Mr.Akshay.He is very polite and helpful person who is always ready to help and provided fast services. Over all it's was good experience. Nearest beach is Varsoli beach just 300 m from the property. Varsoli is a Beautiful beach

“It was a nice stay. We enjoyed a lot. Got every bit of support as & when required.”
It was a nice stay at Basil Leaf. Although the breakfast options were limited, the food was amazing. Please try the Rawa Pomfret — it’s tasty and lives up to expectations. All the dishes prepared by the cook were delicious. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and all the staff were cordial and supportive.

“Cosy and comfortable stay”
Property is new, well maintained, big rooms, good quality infrastructure, well managed property, staff is cooperative, near to Varsoli beach, Alibaug beach is 10min drive, parking is available, swimming pool is operational and well maintained, restaurant is cosy small place and serves good food, roomwise internet on WiFi, breakfast is good, easy to locate, staff is very cooperative , balcony is good seating area with chairs, they have family room option

Location is good and I have paid for this location 6600 rs for one night and even in break fast serve only puri bhaji and toast bread butter. They don't have any option in breakfast, in this price you can book good resort.

Could not provide us with the room category yhat was booked instead insisted on some other category room for which Rs 5000 extra money was being charged. So We didnot stay at this hotel
