Overview
El Roble Holidays is located just outside Alhaurín El Grande, in Andalusia’s Mijas Valley. It offers an outdoor pool and fantastic views of the valley. At El Roble Holidays you can choose between houses, apartments and rooms. The One-Bedroom Apartment come with a private hot tub, as well as free Wi-Fi, an iPod docking station, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Nearby you can visit the region’s famous whitewashed villages, and the surrounding countryside offers opportunities for hiking and other outdoor activities. You can reach the coast in just 20 minutes, and Marbella and Málaga are both around a 30-minute drive away.

“Friendly and peaceful stay at El Roble.”
We had a really good stay. El Roble is in a calm place and the view of the room is peacefull. The warm and friendly welcoming of Frédéric and Jean-Michel at the arrival and at breakfast is a must. All accessories were clean and confortable.

“Fantastic hosts, great stay, close enough to the town and far enough to enjoy some peace. Great!”
Breakfast was great on the terrace everyday at a time that suited us. It was a continental, so fruits breads, meats and cheeses. We weren’t complaining. Attention to details was fantastic.

what an amazing experience. The location of this stunning property is breathtaking. The property is quirky with spectacular views, almost like a 360 view from the 3 windows in the bedroom. Immaculately clean and welcoming. Our hosts were wonderful and so helpful and friendly. The breakfast on the terrace was divine. We are looking forward to returning. Having had the privilege of staying in amazing hotels around the world I certainly rate this as one of my all time favourites.

“Perfect getaway, amazing hosts”
For me everything was absolutely perfect. Room was lovely, view was great, pool was excellent. I really felt like a princess living in her tower :) House is located in a very quiet and beautiful place. Everything was very idyllic, you could even hear the rooster in the morning (from the distance, don't worry, nothing too loud). Bed is really-really comfotable and the room has an air conditioner that makes the room just perfect. Room has a kettle, tea and coffe. There is no fridge in the room, but there is one in the patio area that we could use. When I read reviews before my stay I really wondered is the hype about excellent breakfast really true - can it be so amazing? The answer is yes! Food was served on the little balcony near the kitchen just for me and my husband. It always contained different fresh bread, ham, cheese, fruits, juice, yoghurt and something sweet just from the oven (or from the pan). Quite few times we wanted to start our day before the offcial breakfast time, so the owners either fed us earlier or prepared something for us, that we could eat ourselves. That was really-really nice of them. What more can I say - place was excellent and the owners amazing. They even gave us some good tips for day-trips and accommodated our every need. Definitelly recommend!

“El Roble villa is a comfortable stay, quiet and wonderful view.”
El Roble is in the hills, 8 mins drive off road. The villa accommodation has a private pool and facilities. Secluded and private. Wonderful vista. A good base to tour surrounding areas of Andalusia. A vehicle is a necessity to stay here.

We stayed in the room within the main house. It was stylishly decorated and comfortable. The views from each window were a delight. Tea and coffee were provided in the room and we had use of a fridge outside in the patio area. We could have used a barbecue had we wished but chose to eat out in Alhaurin el Grande - a 15 minute drive. The breakfast was most impressive - a veritable feast of freshly produced, home cooking. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend a stay at El Roble for quiet relaxation in beautiful surroundings.

“Magnifique, Heavenly Chic, Friendly, Great Hosts, Scrummy/Delicious Breakfast, Great Location.”
Stayed at this Beautiful Villa/Finca in our own apartment with private balcony over looking a great swimming pool & mountains in a halcyon location just a stone throw outside AEG in a picturesque rural setting with lovely 180 degree views from our apartment simply 'Magical' .. The Property is exceptionally clean and well equipped and is decorated & furnished to a very upmarket & chic standard with a little twist of French/Moroccan Heavenly.. The owners are very friendly indeed and helpful nothing was to much trouble for help & advice, Jean Michel & Franky are fantastic friendly hosts & were very respectful of our privacy which we appreciated, we are a same sex married couple on a trip buying our early retirement home for us and dogs in this lovely area of Alhaurin el Grande/Coin . Breakfast was served on a lovely romantic terrace with lots of choice and was different every day Yummy .. This was honestly a unforgettable trip/stay for us, we felt very special and we did not want to check out Simply the Best Thank You Both xx

A lovely location, Jean-Michael and Federic were friendly and welcoming hosts who went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs for breakfast. I enjoyed my stay, the accommodation was clean and tastefully decorated and it was great to take a dip in the pool after a hot day in the sun.

“Wonderful for a couple or a small family, with or without animals.”
Beautiful little house with a pool and a great view from the roof terrace. Having meals outside in this place is rejuvenating. Our host did everything to make us feel comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped.
