“Perfect for a family break”

Comfortable and spacious villa with excellent facilities in a quiet neighbourhood a short drive from the airport and the coast. Plenty of space for family meals in the dining area - which has its own bar - and the patio. Well kept gardens and a lovely swimming pool. Ten of us - grandparents, parents and children - had a marvellous week. Muchas gracias Fermin!

“A wonderful villa maintained by a fantastic host”

We stayed at Villa Peralta as a group of 8 family members for 11 nights; our group covered three generations ranging from 18-80. The whole place really was fantastic. It was spotlessly clean, very big, full of everything you need (dishes, cups, cooking tools etc), and well maintained. The layout consists of three bedrooms and shower/toilet on the second floor, a kitchen, toilet, bar/social room and a lounge on the first, and a self contained apartment on the ground floor (made up of a kitchen, shower/toilet, large lounge and two bedrooms). There was air conditioning throughout. The seniors in our group stayed in the ground floor apartment and said it was great to have their own space. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was ample for some basic tea/coffee making and food preparation. The upstairs rooms were much the same, with a particular highlight being the main kitchen which was very well equipped and easy to use. The bar room was a favourite with the family, as it had a large table (and disco ball!), and was air conditioned - so was a great gathering location when you wanted to escape the heat for a little. The pool was exceptional; it was very clean, big enough for the whole group, and benefitted from the sun the whole day. We paid extra for the water to be heated and it made a huge different (removing the shock of getting in for the first time each day). The surrounding gardens were immaculate. It’s not easy to explain how great the view is from the whole house - it overlooks a valley with hills in the difference. It was like a painting - especially during sunrise and sunset. The villa overlooks the flight paths for Malaga airport but we weren’t once interrupted by airplanes. We actually enjoyed watching them take off/land. The best thing about this property is the host - Fermin reached out to me minutes after making the booking last year.

“Excellent house and pool, couldn´t be better located if you have a car.”

The house was very good for 3 families with a separete apartment on the ground floor and a big dining room, almost as a restauarant, Nearby to shops and also some restaurants, airport and big shopping centers. The heated pool and the pool area was a hit for the childrens who were bathing and playing several hours every day. Even a the day when we had heavy rain ! Couldn´t ask for more and could easily take another vacation in this house and the area.

The property is a spacious, clean and a very well positioned property, with it being not too far from malaga and not too far from torremolinos. The host was amazing and had great communication throughout the whole trip, being friendly but still remaining professional. The facilities in the house were great, wifi was amazing, pool was fantastic and overall was the best place i’ve ever stayed in.

The location was great for our family easy access to Malaga, Torremalinos by bus or taxi. We could not fault the communication, the villa and Fermin the host was easy to get hold of and in constant touch. Great family home and was glad that the host shares this with guests. The swimming pool area is fantastic ,large plenty of space for all the family. Quiet areas of the house if you need some space and overall would recommend and certainly return with our family group of ten. Bus stop for Malaga ten minutes walk . Quite residential area surrounded by other villas but very private and peaceful. Large family residence and facilities great. The saline pool was great and much better than chlorine pool and artificial grass surround was great for the kids

“Lovely home on a hill. Two thumbs up”

The location was great, the view was spectacular! The garden was beautiful, the pool was perfect and heated. Nice shared living spaces. The villa didnt feel like a rental. It felt like a very lived in home because it was. Some people may not like that, but we did because it felt warm and welcoming. The host was super super nice and made sure we were ok and gave useful recommendations. Very responsive too. Highly recommend this place to make wonderful memories. I look forward to coming back.
