Set between Sierra Espuña Nature Reserve and Gebas Ravine, Hotel La Mariposa features an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant. It offers accommodation, a 10-minute drive from Alhama de Murcia. The owners were very attentive and kind. The food was very good. The place has all necessities, very good restaurant, bar, pool. The area is beautiful, we enjoyed the walks. The hotel is pet friendly.

“one night away”
lovely quaint hotel with a pool. Lots of activities if you wanted to do some, lots of walks. Staff very accommodating and pleasant. Rooms had everything you needed. Chef worked round our diets, that was appreciated.

“Peaceful, relaxing and restorative!”
Breakfast was a help yourself buffet. Very nice. Tapas was excellent, evening meal was well cooked and really delicious. The staff were so helpful, going above and beyond - even arranging for us to eat at a local restaurant when we struggled to get in anywhere because we were late back. Rooms were great, comfy and clean. Art class was really enjoyable.

“Anniversary weekend”
We went for a wee break and found the hotel very good, staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was very good and cooked to order. Many hiking trails close by to suit many levels. The staff made sure that your stay was enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Nice little hotel, good restaurant. Owners only had it for a few weeks so wasn't quite running as it probably will be. Not enough loungers by the pool or shade. Landscaping looks like it's started but not finished. Lovely owners. Buffet breakfast wasn't great. Lots of flies

Staff were excellent…arrived hot and tired from motorcycle ride…their reception was great and they served food even though the kitchen times had past….very thoughtful and extremely helpful

“Rural hotel in Sierra Espuña”
Very friendly and helpful staff. Locals chatted to us as well as guests. Food was excellent. Very convenient for local walks in tge Sierra Espuña.

“Perfect little hotel in Sierra Espuña”
A perfect family run hotel just a perfect location so our group could enjoy the kayaking and quad bike activities we had booked. Lovely lady was so helpful and cooked some delicious tapas and other meals. We all felt so relaxed which is what we all needed. Ideal family room ideal for our group. Clean bedding and bathroom had a good nights sleep too. Nothing was any trouble and knowledgeable about the area.
