The apartment is located in a quiet area, within a short walking distance of both Maria Pia Beach and the city beach. It was very clean and well equipped, making it easy to prepare breakfast and simple meals (like pasta). The reception offers complimentary beach mats, umbrellas, and beach toys for children, which was a great convenience for families. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were of very good quality. A special thank you to the lovely receptionist from Slovakia, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent recommendations for our stay. There is also a bus stop nearby with convenient connections to the city center.

From all my travel experiences, this is probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The worst part was the presence of cockroaches and termites that attacked my food. I reported this to the administrator, but no action was taken—no apologies, no offers to resolve the issue. For the rest of my stay, I was simply ignored while waiting for some kind of response. Additionally, all the bathroom plumbing was in terrible, neglected condition, and the kitchenware was very minimal. I do not recommend staying here.

Close to the Beach

The location is perfect. 20min walk to the city center, 3min to the beach. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, provided is with an umbrella and a chair for the beach (make sure to ask for it early in the morning otherwise they all will be gone). The room is great and clean. They checked us in at 11am and before that we could leave our luggage and get changed if needed.

Great value for money, even the better location. Beach was 5m by foot and bus stop to the Center just 2m and about 7m from there you had nonna isa, spacious grocery store that had everything you needed . The rooms were big, well equipped but I would definitely add the kettle , we had to be boiling water in a pot which wasn’t practical. The pool was clean, pleasant to swim in. Also I’d like to add that staff was responding and helpful, AC wasn’t working but they fixed it immediately. Though be careful they had so many rules that were fined, like for example when you call them in late hours you pay 30€ fine or when you leave the dishes you pay the fine and other stuff that is usually included in the price.

Apartment was very close to a beautiful beach and had its own swimming pool. the apartment and private balcony was spacious and comfortable with air conditioning.

Great air-conditioning, comfortable bed. Big sofa good TV. Good kitchen. We had an apartment to use for the day use of shower toilet after we had checked out.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach and it has a great pool too. We really liked the apartments, the rooms were spacious and clean and they also had balconies. The staff were very nice and helpful, they lend us parasols for the beach too. And there were two lovely cats. If we come back to Alghero in the future, we'll definitely stay here again. We would recommend it to anyone.

Beaches 2 mins walk especially the beautiful Maria Pia. A few restaurants nearby. We had an amazing terrace that ran 3 sides of the apartment, providing dining and sitting space, sun and shade at any time of day. Aircon in each bedroom aswell as living area. Trip to Bosa (not to be missed!)
