“Nice family stay”

We booked the apartment 1 day before arrival and had a check with the reception on phone. The lady was very kind and supportive. We booked a big family apartment and got a sea view accomodation with 2 balconies with nice view to the city and both to the sun rise and the sun set. We read the views before arrival and the whole complex exceeded our expectation. True it is quite retro, but clean, close to the beach and within 30 minutes walking to the city centre with 3 kids. Right in the building there is a good supermarket, a kind of bakery, a street away is super icecream and just a few streets away a market that is operated on Wednesday. The bus station is also just in hand and with that we could travel around the city and visit nice beaches like Maria Pia.

Spotlessly clean lovely large bedroom Great location very near a beach and a nice 20 minute walk along the seafront into the old town. Great small supermarket downstairs. Friendly helpful lady at reception. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds.

The location (near an almost decent beach, but if you want to quickly get to the beach and the promenade area, it's a good option), the supermarket at the base of the property, and some affordable options to eat at 2 mins walk distance.

What's not to like about Gardinia it's perfectly situated above Nonna Isa (supermarket) and has a super swimming pool area.

The apartment was lovely, big spacious apartment with a lovely balcony. I was pleasantly surprised considering some of the negative reviews on here. It’s not too luxury but the location is amazing, it’s a 30 minute stroll to the centre but it’s easily done. There is a small supermarket right it below to get fresh fruit etc with a lovely place to get coffee and pastries. There is an Gelateria about 15 metres away and then you are 2 minutes to the beach so I would highly recommended it for a family trip. I would consider coming back here regularly. Parking was €10 per day and it was covered parking and really easy to organise the parking pass etc. The pool was lovely as well. We went to the beach every day and we had a car for 4 out of 7 days but you could easily skip a rental car and just go to the beach everyday next to the apartment building.

Perfect location,5min walking distance from the beach, directly next to Italian supermarket and caffeteria. On the departure day,possibility to place the luggage in the locker room, spend whole day on the beach and have a shower before leaving. Great service!

Close to the beach. As a bonus - it has large supermarket downstairs with café. Nice clean pool which was never crowded. Generally the building needs bit refreshment but alright. Having little fridge-freezer in room was great. Also, we were grateful to get late check out (with extra charge of course) as our return flight was very late. Generally - good experience.

Staff is super friendly abd helpful. Everything else is fine. Aircon is the quietest I’ve had. Shower curtains not a problem at all.

This is a self catering residence. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location just meters from Lido beach with beach bars and restaurants. 30 minutes walk to Alghero old town or a bus ride. 20 minutes walk in the other direction to stunning Maria Pia beach, or again a bus ride. The room was a clean and a good size with a bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom had a hot shower, toilet and bidet. Towels provided. Sofa bed in main living/kitchenette area. Bed and sofa bed quite comfortable. Kitchenette area with a kettle fridge and gas hob. There is a balcony with a table and chairs. A Supermarket and cafe/bar is directly under the residence. It Has just everything you need for your stay. Lovely clean pool with sun loungers plus a seperate Children’s pool. Beach Towels are available to rent from reception at 5 euro per towel. There is a big shower room and bathroom close to the pool. Also outside showers.
