The location was perfect as it was right in the centre of the town, which is why we chose it. The property was smart and clean throughout. A great base for exploring east and west Lindsey.

Our 2nd visit to printers cottage as we find it delightful and it provides everything we need for our stay.

The cottage was beautifully presented and very comfortable. The hosts left us a substantial welcome basket with crisps, jams, cake etc. The location is perfect, 1 min walk to the centre of the lovely town of Alford and 10 min drive to the beaches. Explore Mablethorpe for arcades and crazy golf or head to Sutton on Sea for a more chilled vibe. Huffoft beach is well worth a visit too. They are all soft sandy beaches! Alford has great antique and curio shops to explore, a decent sized co-op and goid cafes and take-aways.

“Brilliant cottage in a beautiful location”

Beautiful cottage with such inviting friendly hosts. Very comfortable stay with everything you need. Kitchen utensils were spotlessly clean aswel as the bathrooms.. the whole cottage was beautifully clean. Lovely welcome gifts and message also generous amounts of basic needs and heating put on on arrival! Was a little confused regarding the parking after a long drive and the hosts responded promptly to my message enquiry with politeness and kindness. Cannot fault. Would highly recommend.

It was very clean and decorated to a high standard. The welcome box was a really nice touch too, and a vase of flowers. I was there to visit my elderly parents so didn’t spend much time there really but it was a definite respite in the evenings. It’s larger than it looks from the outside too.

Everything, the property was faultless. High standards of finish, fixtures and fittings.

Lovely home everything you could want was there. Lovely touches like the welcome hamper, dog biscuits, games and fans. Good size parking bay. Local people very friendly. Farmers market on a Tuesday and we arrived on a 1940's weekend with live music, stalls and all the shops and people taking part wearing 1940's style clothes and all the town decorated.

Lots of little touches that went a long way, such as milk, butter, wine and beer in the fridge as well as a small hamper of goodies. Great place to stay, would highly recommend and will be coming back! Thank you 😀
