Dawn was very welcoming and the cottage was clean and tidy. The kitchen was great, well-equipped with a good cooker and microwave, plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. There were some thoughtful little touches like the breakfast packs and milk in the fridge. The garden was pretty with some lovely plants and flowers, my goddaughter enjoyed toddling around it. The heating was just right, the bathroom was clean with towels, shower gel and soap. The location was really nice, set among fields in the Lincolnshire countryside. There are lots of public footpaths nearby for walking. The WiFi and TV worked well, and the cottage was very comfortable.

The breakfast provided was a nice surprise and really tasty! The quietness of the location, but with an excellent pub next door was great. Pub food was great and there was little noise from it.

Nice quiet location. God pub very close by with good food and very hospitable hosts. Lots of good walking areas around and a only a short drive to the coast.
