“A beautiful property.”
It's a really lovely property. The owners have really utilised the space perfectly. It was super clean and has everything necessary for a wonderful stay. We particularly liked that there's a toilet upstairs and then a toilet and separate bathroom downstairs. The location is great, too. I highly recommend this beautiful little place.

No breakfast provided but the host did give us a bottle of milk (& biscuits) on arrival so we could make tea & coffee. We brought our own supplies but I think there were a few teabags in the kitchen. Parking right outside the door - very convenient. Beds comfortable. Host advised us of a good place to eat locally - it was a good tip.

“It was OK for the money.”
Location and price were good but the place needs a bit of work. It was spotlessly clean and there is parking for 1 car. Milk in the fridge was a nice touch along with the cookies. Nice walk into town. Neither pubs were doing food so we went to the Jolly Frier chippy for a takeaway. Absolutely first class. Short drive into skegness nice independent shops and loads of eateries.

Good parking, practical space, very good value for money. We were working in Mablethorpe, 3 of us, and it was absolutely perfect for that. The town itself is a cracking place. Friendly, good pubs, picturesque old small town.

“Great little apartment.”
The accommodation is in a great location for exploring the town and neaeby coast. It was well appointed, comfortable, cosy, and warm. The cookies and fresh milk were a very nice and welcome touch.
