Everything was very clean and the beach that you get to go in for free if you rent this villa is very great and enjoyable. If it had AC it would deserve 5 start.

We absolutely loved everything! 🫶 The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help at a moment’s notice. It was a real pleasure staying here – we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We were greeted at the entrance in the middle of the night – thank you so much for that! In the morning, they kindly showed us around the city and explained where we could buy a SIM card and groceries. When our water heater broke, I mentioned it to the staff, and within an hour it was replaced. Everything was simply perfect – thank you for such a warm and thoughtful stay! 🌟

We travel a lot. We are glad we chose this place to stop. The owner is positive, attentive and caring. From communication only the most pleasant impressions. He was always in touch and ready to help with anything necessary. All amenities in the house correspond to the accommodation offer. The rooms are clean and spacious. Bed linen is clean and available. The kitchen is functional and ready for cooking. The refrigerator works well. The bathroom is clean and well functioning. There is a beautiful balcony with chairs. There is a possibility of visiting the beach. There are many shops, fruit markets and cafes nearby. Undoubtedly, a traveler should spend time and relax here. We thank the owner for everything he did for us. Our respect to the owner!

First of all, it was very easy to communicate with Mohamed, he was waiting for us when we arrived. The house or rather a villa is in an excellent location (2 minutes from a private beach) and the apartment was spacious and very clean. The amazing thing is that it also faces a beautiful garden that is very well-kept. Mohamed was a great host, and we ended up hanging out in the garden in the evening also with other guests, eating fruit and sweets (thank you Mohamed!). If you are looking for great people when discovering Alexandria, I definitely recommend Modamed's house.
