Really good location, friendly staff. Beds are clean but the mattress is not very comfortable.

“Good hotel 😊”
I've stayed in this hotel several times. I usually enjoy the great location, private beach, and good service. The hotel's location is near to all services as well as attractions.

“The hotel needs renovation”
The stuff was so rude I just said good evening to the reception clerk her answer was wait ‼️ The rooms weren't clean at all the bed sheets were stained, towels were dirty, the bathroom was very dirty The kettle was rusty and the mug wasn't clean. The floor was sticky full of hair🤢 The breakfast was poor low quality food and also the stuff was unfriendly & tuff.

What I liked: The Guest Relation member was very professional, especially in her courtesy calls and follow-up. Also, the lady working in the public area housekeeping was extremely kind and helpful.
