Excellent service and a very clean apartment. The owner, Mr. Hisham, and the building's security Mr: Amr Abu Abdo, and his wife were exceptionally respectful and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a vacation, as it's right by the sea, with nearby amenities and home delivery available through apps like Talabat. The apartment is well-furnished and has Wi-Fi. If anything goes wrong, Mr. Hisham is quick to try and fix it immediately. It's a wonderful, very suitable, and comfortable place.

The best part was the Beach. Let's get this straight, We left a few days early. As i i had enough. . i asked you as the owner when you last cam into this Apartment you told me a day before we arrived, and you would let it in this state. Your standard of clean is not mine. You washed the covers of the chairs, fine. That was not what my problem was, The place was DIRTY, The Bins were Dirty. We had to buy our own Kitchen Bin i spent a lot of Money when arrived on Saucepans , Mugs , Frying Pan. You did not Deep clean every single room did you, i should not have to take my own bedding and buy pillows for that Apartment. I had to put Towels on the Pillows the first couple of days just to sleep on them. Tape around a plug in the Bathroom. , The Microwave was dirty , the Kettle was Dairty we had to clean them not you. No Bowl in the Sink i had to buy my own just to wash up . The Washing Machine Leads gong up to the Taps were disgusting and Dirty , i really do not know how this Apartment got in this state. Nothing in that Apartment we could not use. We bought our own Cutlery as the ones in the Apartment were fit for the Bin. The Balcony is not safe the Metal railing The knobs on the Cooker had thick with Grease. You said to me you would have done more if you had more time. It never came to that as we came back to the Apartment. Yes you cleaning the windows and all the built in dust around them. The Aircon Unit it was your job to sort that out, you own the Apartment. I have never asked you to pay back what i spent, on that Apartment because we took everything we bought with us. All i can say is anyone that stayed in that Apartment before us are the ones that made it that way. My friends made my Holiday not your Apartment. It was just place to rest my Head. You do not supply bedding. i took my own which is just as well, as i mentioned before The Mattress was disgusting, i too Protectors just as well i did, otherwise i could not have slept on that Bed.

The Best thing about this place was the Beach we would never stay again.. Cigarettes in the Doorframe floor. The Rail on the Balcony was Dangerous loose on the left side. the Metal Rail that is outside the Double Doors right in front of one when one walks out onto the Balcony. Cockroaches we found 2. Dirty Plates. Oil in a Frying Pan left in the Oven, The Switches to the Oven were Filthy, We never used the Oven at all. We had to buy Saucepans , A Frying Pan. Cups. The Washing Machine is not that good, had a mind of its own . Had to buy a washing up Bowl. A Ton of Cleaning Products. The Host was lovely he came to do some Maintenance, washed the Sofa Covers cleaning the Windows. But to me it was too little too late, When we first arrived, i walked in the Apartment and just Cried, i wanted to leave, i travelled from England first Visit, . The Beach was lovley, but i would never stay here again, i rented 2 Apartment, the other one was not much better either, but the Guys were in it. The Pillows were Disgusting belonged in the Bin. I had to buy new Pillows too. The Mattress needs throwing, stains on it. Than goodness i tool my Mattress Protector and my New sheets otherwise i could not have slept on the Bed, took l all my own Towels for us all. The owner brought 5 New Plates. . The Lounge was Big. The Fridge Freezer was Dirty. I took my own Milton Steralizing Tablets thank goodness. If you want somewhere nice and clean do not stay here. It was Good value for money though. We left a few Days early i just wanted out, The Lady that came to help with the Cleaning the Day we arrived tried her best, to do what i asked. Wonderful Woman could not do enough for us . No way was it her fault, at all. The place is Tired. Rubbish everywhere. just dumped we could see it from the Balcony.

We had a very disappointing experience at this accommodation booked through Booking. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable—dirty rooms, unchanged bed linens, and an unbearable smell of cigarettes that lingered throughout our entire stay. It seemed like basic hygiene and maintenance were completely neglected. Despite the reviews, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We strongly recommend thoroughly checking this place before making a reservation, as the reality was far from what we expected. It's a shame that such poor conditions are allowed to continue.

The last part of this homestay has not been completed, and everything else is fine.

Verry verry good place, in front of the beach directly, The location is very comfortable and far from noise, very suitable for a vacation with family, The condition of the apartment is very comfortable according to what is in the application, very friendly people, The staff is very concerned about guest comfort, someday will come back here again. the place is peaceful. there is tranquility. the house is beautiful and well maintained. you are not bothered. the staff is very friendly. the beach is beautiful and access costs almost nothing.

We were a mother and a child (12) traveling from Italy. Friendly and kind host offering loads of information about the stay via whatsapp. Nice view. Small shops and beach in front (we didn’t go to the beach as it is very local).

It has a beautiful view from the balcony,the place is very spacious ,very appropriate for the beach, the beach was accessible right outside the front door , we only paid 10 pounds per person which includes the chairs and an umbrella,the house was decently cleaned before we came in , bathroom was spacious ,communicated efficiently with us all the time ,internet was strong , perfect location everything is around,mr hicham was so kind and helpful and also send to me all numbers i needed for supermarket and fast food , Big house as well . Elevator is working well Thank you so much for erveything ,mr hicham is the perfect man

“My stay was 14 night just change and left next morning”

I went but I came across with bad experience and property I booked wasn't given to and it wasn't the same property either the owner told me we will move you next day which was very bad and no air-conditioned nothing just stool fan provided

I booked the apartment with balcony. The place was amazing and the location was perfect. The host is very nice and helpful and so was the gate keeper. The place was clean and neat and it had everything that is needed except for WIFI
