My stay at this place was very enjoyable, and I had a great experience from start to finish. What I liked most was how quiet and comfortable it was. It was the perfect place to relax and spend some peaceful time away from noise and stress. The atmosphere was lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The place was amazing and exactly as shown in the photos. It was elegant, stylish, and spotlessly clean, offering a calm and comfortable atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The internet was fast and reliable, and all appliances were working perfectly without any issues. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets and cafés, and within walking distance of the beach, making it very easy and enjoyable to get around. The view is beautiful and adds a special sense of comfort and enjoyment to the stay. We had a wonderful and relaxing time, and the experience exceeded our expectations.

Bad Experience – Misleading Price, Inaccurate Description, and Host Harassment I booked this apartment for 3 nights after seeing the total listed price of $70.43, and I received an email confirmation for that amount. However, after I arrived in Alexandria, I was surprised by another email titled "Reservation Update, sent at 8 am before we arrive at the property," showing that the price had suddenly changed to $132.90 and I was asked to pay in cash! This is blatant deception and completely unacceptable. Family Two-Bedroom Apartment with View US$48.73 18 % Gas fee is included. US$8.77 16 % Bed linens fee is included. US$7.80 10 % Oil fee is included. US$4.87 11 % Water usage fee is included. US$5.36 9 % Electricity fee is included. US$4.39 13 % Environment fee is included. US$6.34 6 % Resort fee is included. US$2.92 9 % Service charge is included. US$4.39 13 % Wood fee is included. US$6.34 US$ 11 Cleaning fee per night is included. US$33 Total price US$132.90 Please note 11 USD for cleaning per day and during our stay no one came to clean the flat or changing the linen! Oil and wood fees! The apartment itself does not match the description at all: It’s on the third floor with no elevator, which makes access very difficult. There is no private beach, as implied. No garden view, contrary to what was stated in the pictures he put the Montazah garden as the garden he referred to! Many of the reviews seem suspicious." What’s worse is that the host called me five times at 1 AM just to ask if I wanted to extend my stay! Although i rejected the call he was still calling and his excuse later that he got wrong time on his watch! Screen shot provided. Extremely unprofessional and disturbing behavior. We left the property clean and tidy i took videos and photos it was clear for me the host unprofessional. Only 3 people stayed in the flat my son and his cousin and I explained that to the host. I had a great experience staying at this place. The location is unbeatable — just a few steps away from everything you could need. It's less than a 2-minute walk to some amazing restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, which made it perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area. Check-in was smooth and flexible. I appreciated being able to access the property easily anytime after the designated check-in time. No hassle at all. The price was fair for what you get, especially considering the convenience of the location and the easy entry. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Alexandria.

In Fact, my stay for a couple.of days was very nice , the flat was very clean and the owner was very friendly and Cooperative and the location is very near from the sea by walk .

Mr Ahmed was very helpful and decent, he made our stay very comfortable. The place was very clean and cozy. Attention to all the details needed for easy stay.

The person we liaised with was very friendly and helpful. He also picked us up for free and dropped us off for free from/to our stations. He also gave us a home delivered dinner of good quality on the first night. Bottled water was provided for the stay. The flat was clean and had useful amenities. Snacks/treats were left in the fridge too for us. Bed on main bedroom was very comfortable.
