“Comfortable and quiet”

The view, the decor and the ease of getting into the apartment were all first class. The washing machine would have been useful if we had stayed long. The neighbourhood looked a little dodgy but we had the best neighbours and community around us. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The property is on the 9th floor with a lift. Watch out as it doesn’t have an internal door The location was indeed in the heart of old Alexandria and a few steps to the Greco Roman museum. Plenty of cafes in the next street.

What I can say about this apartment is that it is in a very good location, with cafes and restaurants only max 5 min. away. The apartment is clean, neat, with a very beautiful panoramic view from the window. The apartment has a very pleasant charm. I was very satisfied, I will definitely come back here and I really recommend it to everyone.

Great location with a fantastic view of the city. The apartment is modern, clean, and reasonably priced. The host was friendly and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. It's just a 15-minute walk to the sea, with plenty of cafés and grocery stores nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay in this excellent apartment. The staff Is very helpful and answers to Whatsapp messages within minutes. The street in front of the building may not be very appealing, but once inside it is an oasis of peace and quiet with a wonderful view, extending all the way tot the Mediterranean. There is a speedy elevator to get you to the 9th floor and not once (in a week time) did we have to wait for it. All the amenities work perfectly, including ample hot water for showering. The kitchen is rather small, but eating out is very affordable in Egypt. Right around the corner is The Chocolate factory, and though you cannot see this from the outside it offers a great variety of Mediterranean style food, all very tasty. There are plenty small Egyptian shops nearby and a Carrefour Supermarket is a 10 minutes walk. The location of the apartment is very convenient for visiting the museums and sites of Alexandria. We would go here again.

great appartment with a stunning alexandria view at a supercentral and safe part of the city. Mohammad was superkind meeting me giving me the keys and explaining in detail EVERYTHING! washing AND drying machine: that's a plus! superclean, spacious and confy!

Loved the style of the property and it was a good size for everyone.

“"Penthouse" of Alexandria!”

Everything was as promised on the photos. Staff was very friendly, especially Reda, who helped us with heavy baggage and to accommodate. As he was saying, the staff was 24/7 on WhatsApp so everything we needed - we would write and it would be done. But nothing was wrong. Accomodation has very nice sea/city view, and you are basically paying for "penthouse"! 😀 It also has nice kitchen for cooking. Everything is near, because you are basically living in the center near Graeco-roman museum and the sea.

The location is superb, all the sites to see were in walking distance with a wonderful view of the bay. The apartment was comfortable and quiet with everything you needed.

The place has everything a guest would need. Extremely clean and comfortable. Elegant and decorations are relaxing.

“Lovely apartment”

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The iron and ironing board were a nice touch. The view was amazing. I would stay here again if I come back to Alexandria.

The apartment is big and nice. It has a nice view and the building is equipped with elevator. The communication (in English) with the host was always smooth and they were very helpful with tips on what to do and always ready to help. The apartment is ubicated in a residential area, just a stroll (maybe 10 minutes walking) to get to the city center. The only thing ist hat the apartment is not equipped with a hair dryer so my suggestion for next visitors is to bring your own.
