“Overpriced for the quality offered, poor service, bad Wi-Fi, basic breakfast, and poor maintenance.”
We paid more than double than in our previous accomodation in Egypt but the service, at this hotel, was less than half the quality. Quality of service is low and the hotel lacks maintenance, particularly the bathroom. Bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived and we weren't provided with hand nor feet towels. One single toilet papel roll was provided in the bathroom for multiple night stays. Wi-fi was horrible. Didn't work most of the time. Breakfast was very basic, even a simple coffee needed to be ordered and paid as an extra. The majority of the hotel staff was very unqualified and lacking hospitality. If you speak arabic, maybe you will get a better service, but for foreigners I do not recommend. Suffices for a one night stay but very much below expectations.

I stayed at Amwaj Hotel for two nights, and overall, the experience was very comfortable and pleasant, especially considering the excellent price. Pros: Comfortable rooms with all the basic amenities. A calm and relaxing atmosphere. The sea view is absolutely stunning and very enjoyable. The staff are very kind, polite, and helpful. Great value for money. Cons: The hotel is a bit far from the city centre. Maintenance could be improved. Although the staff are very friendly, they seem slightly unprofessional in some details. In general, my stay was very good and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay at a reasonable price, and who doesn’t mind a few minor drawbacks.

Stuff are The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and the prices were really good. The view from the room was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Special thanks to roaya and her kindness she helped me alot ❤️❤️
