I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice seating area and balcony. The view was beautiful, especially in the morning. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay.

The location of the hotel was absolutely excellent, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Incredible value for money. They even had a pool, which was a great bonus. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The beds were soft and spotless, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel was lovely and definitely worth the price. Without a doubt, it’s the best location, truly unbeatable and very safe. The reception staff and all the workers were extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The hotel manager told us to pay $90 extra, so we ended up paying extra money 💰. My advice to everyone is no to to this hotel, no foods 😢 no activity. Poor quality on service and hospitality. Cost effective to stay in 0 * motel .

The entery of hotel ..road is not paven ..Road maintenance is not yet finished by the government authorities . Unfortunately the hotel staff didn't mention this in booking information or in telephone prior to check in So it was bad experience to wait in underground poor car parking till reception send my bag carrier for about half an hour The reception wants me to go down to reception to receive a food delivery service from a restaurant I ordered till I insist that my food should be delivered to my room Wifi password not working well & poor wifi coverage in the hotel & Wait for twice trial till reception try to work it but so bad. The restaurant is hidden to guests so we searched for it with another guests Very poor service for this popular location hotel in Alexandria I was accostomed to have my residency in it during the last five years With previous 4 times visit to it This time the room Costs very high cost $40 for a night with breakfast but really the room cost don't deserve just $20

“Terrible OTEL”
Otel is very dirty, everything is bad, even one bottle water is not have. If you don't want to be sick don't stay this hotel
