“A wonderful place to stay”
The location of the hotel is very good- there are many shops around and a good place for breakfast just across the street. The room has everything that we needed, including the dishwashing liquid, plates, cups and a microwave. The bed was comfy. Kids enjoyed watching cartoons on 2 huge screens

“Facility was ideal for our stay while attending an annual conference.”
Person overhead was very loud, dropping items heavy footed moving furniture about late into the night and we were awakened at 0311 on Saturday morning with noise continuing. Also a pile of dog excrement was on grass in front next to the sidewalk. Another resident stepped into it.

“Great location on the edge of DC”
The apartment was excellent, spacious, and well equipped. The location was perfect for visiting Mount Vernon and the Marine Corps museum. Even for going into DC, staying here and getting an Uber was better value than staying in town.

“A great self contained studio apartment with easy access to the DC metro”
You’ve got a pretty spacious studio apartment to yourself, complete with an electric cooker, fridge and dishwasher. The bed is comfortable and the neighbourhood quiet. It’s a 10 minute drive to the DC metro, or a 30ish minute drive into DC proper. There’s a gym and laundry facilities on site, and a supermarket less than 5 minutes away. It’s a great place to stay for a trip to DC.

“Good place to stay in DC area”
Nice layout, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were ok, appliances were good. Area was pretty quiet but still not in the middle of nowhere. Everything was clean.

The rooms were very nice, well-stocked (towels, TP, etc.), and convenient because of the abundance of outlets+two TVs. It's a bit far from DC or other attractions but for the comfort, it might be worth the extra distance.

“EXCELLENT”
The ladies who attend the front desk are very friendly. The surroundings are very nice and clean. The location is very good. They have all kinds of stores nearby. The room... it really is a super comfortable apartment. It has 2 TVs. The kitchen is tremendously equipped. I hope to find places like this in all my travels.
