Great location. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. Nice big walk in shower. Strong free WIFI. Plenty of modern charging ports. Efficient quiet air conditioning. We got a good nights sleep as our room was very quiet and beds are very comfortable.

I stayed here twice within a week on business travel. Hotel is modern, cool interior and comfy bed. The hotel did seem short staffed, my room was not cleaned on two separate occasions even though I specified this at check in. Location was close to King Street and about a 20 minute walk to the metro.

The hotel was lovely! Spectacular decor and we loved the rooftop bar! Linens and bed were very nice and comfy. Staff was friendly. Location was absolutely perfect!

It’s a new hotel and very well located. The staff were all very nice but they need to work on some things. The phone in our room didn’t work so trying to get a bucket of ice was very difficult and we had to wait more than thirty minutes to an hour each day to receive one. The very kind gentleman at the front desk gave us his cell number in case we needed anything but he was often very busy. There are no coffeemakers in the rooms but they do serve free coffee in the lobby in the morning. For someone like me who likes a couple of cups before I have to get dressed and face the world, that was a hardship. Also, they don’t offer daily housekeeping, you have to request it, which I did not understand at first. If you have a car, you have to rely on an outsourced valet parking service which was somewhat unreliable. The hotel is very attractive and the staff are very kind so I hope they can work out the kinks and decide to offer a seamless guest experience. With a bar and a restaurant, it appears to be a full service hotel so I hope they can realize that vision.
