The staff were warm, welcoming. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The lobby area was relaxing and stylish, and the location was perfect as well!

Out twin occupancy room was spacious as we were two of us with my high school friend to attend our 42nd reunion with old mates. There was ample parking but didn't use the breakfast at the hotel. Thanks for the team to make our stay comfortable.

Nothing. We were treated so poorly on arrival I didn’t even bother to look around the building. There was also no information book in the room about facilities etc

Bathroom wasn’t clean. There wasn’t even one towel. When I asked the people at the front desk for a towel they were clear they weren’t going to bother.

“3 stars hotel only, service needs to be Improved”
When we checked in, room was cleaned but not toilet bowl, the toilet bowl with toilet paper and Urine in it, also we did not have enough toilet paper. We were rush out , did not say anything. The next morning I spoke to front desk about it and also requested for housekeeping service ,wash room cleaning only with extra amenities and towels after 12 pm since we would be out hotel after 12pm; when I was back to room at about 11:40 am , housekeeping had came already, we got extra amenities and towels but no toilet paper, also the washroom wasn't cleaned, again. We were back in hotel late evening, called front desk, requested for toilet paper, but waited for more than half an hour, no one delivered, I had to call again. Very bad service, so disappoint as it is Hilton and we paid big money for it.
