“Mixed review”

Location was great and there was parking very central location. We enjoyed good choice of restaurant pubs we also enjoyed Balloch country park and a cruise we got off at Luss and back on the next boat back .

“Disappointing”

Location, parking, comfortable big bed, heating when we got it to work. Combi boiler, no water in system. Friendly neighbours. Certainly not on the banks of Loch Lomond, but I knew this as I am local to the area.

Nice flat, close to Balloch Castle Park, river Leven, Loch Lomond. Overall decent for a few nights in an excellent location.

Flat not ‘on the banks’ of Loch Lomond but was within a few minutes walk from the river and Loch as well as restaurants and a convenience store. Comfortable bed with clean white bedding, comfortable sofa and a good size tv. Well stocked crockery and cutlery.

We asked for the code twice and no response, we made a lucky guess and got the key.

The host was helpful in that when the toilet flush broke they sent someone to fix it the next morning. Additionally when the code for collecting the key was wrong they were quick to answer the phone. The location was good in the sense that you were walking distance from Loch Lomond and there was a Co-op round the corner. However the ad says "on the banks of Loch Lomond" when the banks are actually a 15 minute walk away, so that felt misleading.

“Convenient when traveling with public transportation”

Location in very good, walking distance from the railway and bus station, the river is super close and so is the lake. There's a quite big Co-op very close and so are the restaurants and pubs. I think the smell of damp and an overall dampness in the apartment is kind of expected due to proximity to lake and a river. Plus it rains a lot. There is a little heating stove that helped with smell and some of the dampness and it helped heat up the place as the apartment (and Scotland) was cold.

Lovely little flat in a great location. I would go there again. Very close to the main street and the Co-op supermarket. A 15 minute walk from Loch Lomond Shores shopping area. A less than 10 minute walk to the train station.

very roomy with all amenities of a 1 bedroom flat, a comfortable bed, clean, close to local shops, pubs and restaurants. sky tv and a comfortable lounge made it a nice 2 night stay.

Location is good.close to balloch centre and coop super market. Very nice location. House has everything except microwave oven & tables.wifi was good.
