It was very comfortable, spacious, and beautifully furnished. Everything we needed was available. Beds were very comfortable kitchen well equipped. Hosts were amazing.

“Excellent getaway stay in the Trossachs”

Loved this beautiful apartment. It was valentine's weekend so there were some extra special touches like tea cakes, rose petals and heart accessories. It was a gal pal weekend, but still was lovely, including the little touches like Scottish Highland themed blankets and decor, beautiful crockery and full kitchen utensils to cook our own dinner, including some kitchen staples. Loved the Highland feel and genuine wool throws and blankets. The owner was in contact from booking and allowed us some flexibility with early check in and late check out because of the train times. Videos about how to find and use the apartment and lockbox etc was appreciated, as were the recommendations. A party of four would enjoy this accommodation, with all the amenities, games and accessibility to Loch Lomond and the Trassachs walk.

The flat is a really good size and was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. It is great that it is right next to a large park as we were traveling with our dog. Louise is very attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed.

Very clean and warm apartment, had everything we required. Comfortable bed and plenty of other comfy furniture, you could tell the host really wants you to feel at home. Nice touches like board games and books on Scotland and nice artwork on the wall. I would definitely recommend staying here, close to train station and local amenities, a great base for exploring the Loch Lomond area

We had a very comfortable stay in what was a lovely and well-furnished and kitted out apartment. Louise was a wonderful host who was very responsive to our requests (eg. to adjust the timing of the heating).

“Alexandria stop over”

Fantastic, homely apartment in a great location. We only stayed one night as heading further up to the north of Scotland. Perfect location for this with no hassles, just what we needed with delayed ferry and terrible stormy driving conditions. Special mention also to the amazing neighbours who help changed our flat tyre which we woke up to the next morning!!7

The property has stunning hardwood floors, is clean and really nice. Plenty space for everyone and is decorated beautifully. Great location close to the centre of Balloch and Alexandria, easy to get anywhere on foot and by car The host is lovely, friendly and helpful. She made sure throughout the stay that everything was alright and was always on hand for recommendations etc.

Wonderful accomodation, the apartment was very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and a short walk to train station and Balloch. The host Louise was lovely and even gave us a lift to the train station. All four of us enjoyed ourselves immensely. We recommend highly (no pun intended) the West Highland Way it's incredible. For eating our favourite place was Annayas Indian- the staff are the best!

Great hosts, with good communication and recommendations. Good location for visiting both sides of the loch and very clean flat which had everything you could need for a stay. Flat exactly as advertised.

The apartments was gorgeous, very comfortable. Very much like home from home. Had everything in it that we meeded, plus more. The owners were very accomofating, letting me in early n stay later. Will definitely go back :)
