Hardly any light in the living room. Garage door remotes need repair, easy to fix to program a button that is not damaged.

Clean and house was renovated had everything needed for holiday house. Great location - close to beach but in a quiet street. Able to take my dog on holiday, which is very important for me. Excellent Local dog park several streets away.

Location was great. Easy walk through a bush reserve to the patrolled beach.

Unfortunately there was no direct access from the house to the back yard making it unsettling for our dogs not being able to see us through a door or even a window.
