“key collection system is very poor, especially when they don't put the key in the lock box!”
You have to collect the keys from a lock box at another resort, the keys were not left in the box. Contacted the contact multiple times with no answer (9.30pm at night) eventually got a hold of the contact and waited for over an hour to be let in the apartment. Keys were sitting on the bench inside the apartment. The apartment itself is nice.
