Mayfield Street 23 is a 3-minute drive from Mooloolaba Beach and a 4-minute drive from Underwater World. Sunshine Coast Airport is a 10-minute drive away. The 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house features a spacious, open-plan design. There is a balcony with an outdoor lounge area and partial sea views, a great place to curl up with a good book or glass of wine in hand. Free WiFi is provided as well as air-conditioning. You can prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a dining and lounge area with a TV. Also on offer is a washing machine.

“This property is very tired but comfortable and conveniently located.”
This was a very large property over three floors and nicely located near to the beach. The kitchen was stocked well with coffee and tea which we were very grateful for. The staff at G1 were lovely and also responsive when we let them know.

Upstairs was lovely, great shared space and bedrooms, kitchen etc. Upstairs sitting area outside was lovely as well.
