🚩🚩RED FLAGS🚩🚩 ABSOLUTLEY APPALING BEHAVIOR FROM KIM AND MICHAEL THE OWNERS/MANAGERS!! 🚩🚩STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE DONT GO NEAR IT WITH A 50 FOOT POLE🚩🚩 🚩🚩ABUSIVE, RUDE, INVASIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NASTY, RETALIATORY, COMPLETE RIP OFF🚩🚩 We had a unit on the 4th floor, The Hot water system wasn't workimg and couldn't run a Bath for our 6 month Old Baby, Called Kim up and let her know hot water wasn't working, And she was so rude to us, They then came into our unit and said this has never happened before, Then said we will get you a new unit, They did which it took hrs, And we we had to pack everything up that we had unpacked and move to new unit. When we got to new unit It smelt completely of chemicals amd we instantly got a headache and felt sick, Like a strong bleach smell mixed with lemon, There was no curtain on the window, And we were moved 2 floors down without the view we payed for ,We checked the hot water and it was getting hot, We ran a bath for our baby, Then it started to turn cold halfway filled up we couldn't believe it. We contacted Kim and Michael again, This time Kim abused us on the phone, and said this is a YOU issue this is not a building issue, And she said it in a very nasty tone, I said excuse me we've been uprooted from our last unit and we've changed to another one and now we still don't have hot water and our baby hasn't had a bath and we are stressed and feeling sick due to chemicals, KIM replied and said, Oh well you should call an Abulanxe then in a very nasty tone. Then Kim and Michael came to our door and came straight in without knocking using there key card when the door privacy lock was locked from the inside, This was a complete breach of privacy.

Had a lovely time there and I’d stay there again. It was beautiful and clean. The beds were perfect. Had a wonderful sleep.

Great location. Close to nearby restaurants, corner store, bottle shop, surf club and beach across the the road. Heated pool was nice of a cooler afternoon if wanting a swim.

Good sized apartment, comfortable beds and couches. Kitchen was a good size and well stocked with the basics. Balcony at front and back, which aside from the nice outlook, meant you got great airflow throughout. Big spa bath was a bonus! Whole place very clean.

Very easy check in and we were very well looked after by the beautiful lady at reception who helped surprise my friend for her birthday( I’m very grateful) location was great, weather was very poor but did not dampen our experience
