“I’ve been coming to this resort since my children were young and now I’ve introduced my grandkids to Breakfree Alexandra”
The location and views were amazing. Close to the beach, restaurants, surf club etc. The pool was amazing however it was a little cold in the main pool which meant everyone was trying to cram into the two heated pools and spa.

Excellent location easy walking distance to good food and the beach. The view from the balcony was great.

The air vents for all the air con were so filthy everyone couldn’t stop coughing after the first night ti the point we had to remove the upstairs air con vents ourselves and clean them. Was pretty disgusting

“The location was good the rest of the complex was excellent.”
No instructions how to set up Tv had to get help with this. Microwave wouldn’t work had to wait a week for a new one. Which was very inconvenient.No instructions on any medical emergency if needed or suggestions on restaurants etc.

We only received one room tag so were locked out one night and had to pay $100 to get in. This wouldnt have happened if we had the second tag.
