We didn't actually stay at Hotel Lux. When we got there they had a problem with our room and they upgraded us to another hotel nearby at no extra charge.

Dear hotel owners, with great respect, I want to tell you my opinion. You have a very nice cozy hotel with excellent staff in a great location. The only one thing that spoils your hotel and what a lot of customers talk about is the carpet on the floor in the rooms. This carpet is very old, very dirty with cigarette butt stains and it smells unbearably. There is no need to close the hotel. With a good construction team, you can change this carpet to floor tiles in 1 day in each room. This will greatly enhance the experience of your hotel. I wish you continued prosperity! — Excellent location — Large bed, very clean bed linen — Clean white towel, large and new bathroom.

Great value for money, so clean and comfortable. Great breakfast was included with our stay. Staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. We had one of our luggage go missing between our trip and the front desk staff were very helpful trying to get us in contact with the airline and assisted us in sorting this very stressful situation out. Highly recommend.
