Excellent location electric charging and good location

Although the satnav had some issues with connections in the city, we found the hotel. 😀 The garage parking was great. Close to the old city area, we were supplied with a map, with restaurants etc marked. Good selection for breakfast.

Great personnel, delicious breakfast

Our stay in hotel Europa was really pleasant. We were there for 4 nights. The location was excellent, 5 min walk to the city center. Around the hotel there are few shops, bakery, restaurants...The train station is a 10 min walk from the hotel (it is an excellent option for travelling to Genova and Turin). The hotel has a private and secured parking - not free, it is paid per night. The staff were really friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but we would recommend adding some more savory dishes instead of sweet ones. :)

Very clean, staff is amazing and they really took good care of us. Location is perfect, in the centre of the city with lots to see around with 10-15 min walks. Breakfast was plenty and a lot to choose from.

The location was perfect a short walk from town centre etc The breakfast was very good plenty choice .One of our part was gluten free and they had a good selection to please her..They was something for everyone.

Bed was very comfortable and both the room and bathroom were spacious. Location was relatively convenient to good restaurants. Provision of parking was essential. Air conditioning worked.

Old-fashioned Italian hotel, easy to find at the outskits of the centre, private parking, bar with grappa, friendly and competent receptionist, lift, WiFi, nice room on the top floor as requested, balcony with a view, nice bathroom with cushy towels, a fridge, short walk away from all the lovely places to explore in Alessandria

A map of the town was provided. This was very reliable and useful! Clear information regarding breakfast and checkout. Good parking.

Location was superb, very comfortable, large bed, it was a pleasure to stay there with our 2 dogs. We had private parking too. There are a lot of restaurants in close proximity. The hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend. Thank-you to Enrico, all the staff were delightful and all spoke excellent English.
