A wonderful cottage with excellent facilities and some very interesting decoration items. We were in the Gardeners cottage and had lots of old garden equipment as decoration. The host was very welcoming and friendly and the supplies left for our stay were more than adequate. The location was very quiet and still just a short distance from the town and its amenities.

Spacious attractive accomodation situated in a peaceful rural location with lots of birds singing. The host Esme was there to greet us and arranged a local taxi to our daughter's wedding due to Gulf war flight disruptions. We wished we could have stayed longer 😀

We really enjoyed the apartment. Whilst you could see there were some minor renovations, the decor and layout, mood lighting and wonderful home baked scones made for a lovely experience. Esme was very welcoming and we felt very relaxed after out stay.

The place was within easy reach from the City but also very quiet and secluded. We never drove more than 15mins to the destinations in the areas such as Mt Lofty and Hahndorf.

The property easy to find and great parking The inside of the property was quality and extremely clean. The Bathroom was a great size and great water pressure. With the usual tea and coffer ( coffee maker not so usual )There was Bread, scones, juice for consumption. I will definitely stay there again as this was my second time anyway.

Our initial contact with owner was excellent and the communication, information and final meeting of Esme was first class. She was extremely pleasant, welcoming and helpful, and made our experience something special. We loved the estate and surrounding Adelaide Hills. If I were to live somewhere else other than God's own Western Australia, the Adelaide Hills would be it.

Endlessly peaceful and immaculately clean. Very thoughtful touches like freshly baked scones with jam and cream on arrival and fresh flowers around the place. You are left to soak up the relaxing environment without being disturbed by anyone else.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. Their pride shines through in every aspect of the apartment. The welcome scones on arrival and provisions for breakfast were amazing. I can't wait to stay here again Es & Mike
