Overview
Situated on the slopes of the Serra do Açor, this country house hotel offers panoramic views of Serra da Estrela. It features an outdoor pool and spa facilities. Surrounded by mountains, Hotel Rural Quinta da Geia has traditionally decorated rooms with balconies and wooden furniture. Nice swimming pool. Restaurant with wide food selection and nice evening atmosphere. Amazing interior - felt more like museum than hotel. Very helpful personel.

They have a great pool and the village is nice. It is good to be able to take breakfast outside and sit on the patio enjoying the view At lunch they have a competent cook so lunch is great, each time I had lunch especially the salad ans salmon I was thrilled, each dinner the local cats were fed

“A must stay in rural Portugal”
Very nice hotel with beautiful views. We stayed in a junior suite with was very comfortable with huge bathroom and private balcony. Very good bed and spacious room. Staff was welcoming and trough out our 3 night stay attentive. Great area for hiking our just relaxing at the large outdoor pool. Food in the restaurant was very good and affordable. We were very happy to choose this accommodation in rural Portugal.

Attractive hotel which appears to be old, but was completely rebuilt on the site of an ancient farmhouse. Comfortable seating areas and pretty restaurant serving good food. Interesting historical village.

“Beautiful hotel in spectacular setting.”
Beautiful hotel in a quiet village surrounded by the most spectacular scenery. There are lovely gardens around the property and a very nice swimming pool. The interior is very well appointed with lots of nooks & crannies filled with bric-a-brac! Staff were very welcoming. The food was very good, breakfast buffet was plentiful, dinner choices, although limited in selection, were delicious.

Nice hotel. Really nice room with a balcony. Classic architecture, nice change from modern concrete hotels. Food was ok, but a bit bland. Nice pool. Lots of place to relax around the pool.
