Very good location. Nice decor. Good bed linen. Several people have commented that the sofas/ lounge furniture is extremely uncomfortable - I can confirm it is - don't sit on it unless you want a sore back. Don't forget to bring an eye mask as the bedroom is as bright as day light from 5am - even with the shutters and thin curtains closed. Oh and your ear plugs from 3am seagull chorus - but the property agents can't help that of course. Stay in Suffolk are a very very busy agency with a lot of properties on their books. I have absolutely no doubt that they will be very helpful if you have a problem but do not expect them to reach out to you with any kind of welcome.

Position was lovely and main bedroom beautiful with sunlight streaming in each morning. The decor and design of the property was lovely. We loved our stay

Very good location near to town, shops and cinema. Able to park outside from 4pm. Quiet and near sea.

Lovely house. Brilliant location. Loved sitting on the balcony having my morning tea, being able to see the sea. Particularly lovely main bedroom with a big bed.

Decorated very well, looks as good inside as it does outside. Clean and has all you need.

Nic big bath. Cosy property with everything we needed for cooking etc. A good option for a family with 1 or 2 small kids. Excellent location on the seafront.

As there was only us two , it did'nt affect us, but ground floor bedroom is very small, been squeezed in. The towels were on small side.

Location great..despite no designated parking, managed to find a space a few steps away which was safe and free.. Well equipped cottage, although we didn't cook much as there's plenty of great places to eat out.

Great location right on the sea front, beautiful and stylish interiors, two good sized bathrooms (one with a bath, one with a shower), very comfortable super-king sized bed in the master bedroom. Felt like plenty of space for two adults and one child.
