“Great stay.”
Great house for five adults and two dogs. The kitchen and garden were great. Good bedrooms. About a twenty minute walk into the town but can all be done via back roads which was good with the dogs.

“Relaxing time with friends”
No problems with car parking. En-suite in one bedroom and a family bathroom so we could didn’t need to share. All the bedrooms were a good size. Lots of space on the ground floor to gather together or find a quiet spot.

“Enjoying Aldeburgh in August.”
The owner, who lives nearby was so kind. My comments on the host relate to the agency. In my mind the owner is the host and the agency manage the property on her behalf. Owner gets a 10 and agency get a five. The house has lots of room. The gardens, front and rear, were good. The area was quiet and a good walk into the town. Nearby shopping was convenient. Keys are via Keysafe.

“Really good size family house and very good value for money”
Really good size house for a family. 3 decent size bedrooms and good to have 2 sitting rooms so the children could have their own space. Kitchen well equipped. Nice safe enclosed garden. With only 2 nights we didn't manage to use the BBQ but great to have one and good outside seating. Decent parking. Great wifi. Good quality and spotlessly clean linens and and towels. We weren't expecting much in the way of provisions for small kids - i.e. travel cot and high chair but both were there which was a pleasant surprise. Recommend you mention these in the write up. And the bottle of fizz to welcome us was much appreciated
