“A true delight of a Hotel. Don’t miss it.”
Hacienda Très Lagos was a truly fabulous hotel. It is peaceful with amazing views across Lago Negro and the surrounding mountains. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant was excellent as was the wine list. The staff were impeccable in service, friendliness and hospitality. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s just a wonderful place to unwind, go horseback riding, visit the marble caves, visit the confluence or the Neff and Baker rivers or just relax.

“A beautiful location”
This hotel is located in a beautiful location. The views over the lake were delightful. Breakfast was very nice. The staff, Belen, in particular went above and beyond. She could not have been more helpful or kind and for this she really made our stay enjoyable.

Beautiful view on the lake. The breakfast was delicious. Personnel was very helpful when we had car troubles. Diner was delicious.

Property poorly maintained - leaking bathroom sink, no hot water (gas boiler was eventually repaired), had to ask for towels etc etc

“Can’t say enough good things about this place. We would definitely stay again!”
Literally everything! The room was perfect with stunning views and the wood stove was an added bonus. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful for whatever we needed. The food was spectacular and I especially enjoyed the animals roaming the property who appeared very well cared for and loved.

“Greedy owner ruins a great place”
Great location on Routa 7 but not as close to Lago Negro as you would think. Doesn't work to have a quick dip. Dinner is good compared to hostels but not to the level you expect at room rates like this. That said, breakfast is prefect and the best we had on a 14 day trip. Go to Patagonia Acres up the road for best value for money, they had better service, food, views, bathing beach, similar comfort at half the price.

“Amazing place”
Beautiful location, the rooms are very specious, clean and have perfect views on the lake. The staff is superb, they make you feel at home. They offer really nice horseriding trips in the hills surrounding the three lakes.
