Overview
Hostal Savoy is just 100 metres from Plaza España Square, in central Alcoi. It offers functional, air-conditioned rooms and a traditional regional restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the town. Each simple, modern room at Hostal Savoy has a TV, heating and a safe. “Well priced, comfortable and convenient”
Comfortable, quiet and clean. External bike storage room. Police use the same car park. Good dinner menu, and breakfast with workers in attached bar.

Overall, the hotel has a pleasant and charming atmosphere, with a great central location that makes it easy to explore the city. However, there are several aspects that affected my overall experience. The facilities feel quite dated: the wooden doors are creaky and don’t always close properly on the first try. Because of this and the poor sound insulation, I could hear everything happening in the hallway — people walking, talking, and staff moving around. Unfortunately, this made it very difficult to sleep, and I didn’t rest well during my stay. The breakfast was acceptable but rather limited, with a noticeable focus on sweet options. The staff were polite and friendly, which was a positive point. This hotel may be a good choice for those who appreciate a vintage or retro style. However, I personally prefer more modern accommodations, especially when it comes to comfort and quietness. Finally, I felt that the price was quite high for what was offered. Even considering the central location, the value for money did not seem fully justified.

The stay at Savoy was great. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We recommend this adorable little hostel for anyone who wants a calm, comfortable, and cozy short stay in Alcoy. The wifi is good for working and they have a nice little desk in the rooms. The location is good and central. Close to a few nice restaurants, and everything is in walk distance.

“Great value right in the centre.”
Perfect location. A good little one star with good restaurant on site (not much open in Alcoy on a Saturday night in Feb!). The parking garage is very tight to get into but if you have a smallish car do it as it's only €11 against €24 in the public car park over the road for 24 hours. Super friendly, helpful staff.
