“Relaxing, friendly and charming”

Unfortunately noise from the bar outside on the street was keeping us awake.

Fantastic location and absolutely beautiful gardens and pool area. Staff were friendly. Rayan was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Room was clean and aircon worked. Really enjoyed staying in a place steeped in history.

“Rustic farmhouse hotel better than any eco resort.”

You have to stay here. Exceptional rustic farmhouse style rooms and great base to explore the area, with a swmming pool, gardens and farm animals. There is a wood fireplace in each room for cosy winter stays. Much cheaper and better than any posh eco resort. Children love it ( i would put them in a room next door). .

The stay was very comfortable. Excellent and very friendly staff!

“Dishonest behaviour”

Although Booking.com confirms that I should pay for 2 nights, the Quinta has charged for 4 nights and has also kept the deposit for the unused mini bar. They have ignored repeated emails asking for my refund. This is unacceptable and dishonest. I only stayed one night because of hospitalisation of my partner although I had paid upfront for 4 nights. On check out booking.com confirmed the amended price for 2 nights however the Quinta has not given me my refund.

“Totally will come back”

This was not my first time. It's an exceptional place where you can connect with nature, and have some peace and quite. The location is perfect near the river and near Alcach bar, where you can enjoy a great sunset wish shisha and drinks.

Big rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and a Garden that is Just fantastic (Lemon trees, Pool, Paddel and normal Tennis, Lots of space)

Really amazing old farm house. Big territory with some entertainment and park / backyard. The room is comfortable. Clean and tidy. No noises from the outside. Feels like living in a museum, or in the village. Breakfast is fine ;)

Gorgeous location, really spacious and beautiful stylish Interior.

A pretty courtyard with rooms off the square. The bedroom was authentic characterful with traditional tiled floors. There is a large garden with a great pool in a quiet area.

Near a Bar

“Perfect stay for the purpose of our visit.”

Warm welcome, friendliness of staff. Good working internet. Good breakfast. Perfect location for us to visit family nearby. But we also think the location is perfect to visit Lisbon, Sintra and the area around Lisbon.
