“wonderful stay”
The staff were friendly. The room was clean, comfortable well appointed and quiet. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast pretty much had everything you'd need. The shuttle to the airport only took about 15 minutes and was really convenient.

The sound isolation of the rooms is pretty low. When your neighbours are woke up, you will be too.

The room was very comfortable. We had a king size bed with a very nice shower and a large television with some English stations as well. The morning buffet was excellent Staff very nice

Exceeded expectations, comfy beds with an excellent on site restaurant, impressive for a hotel restaurant. All staff were very professional.

“This hotel was in a great location for the event we were attending and we had a very pleasant stay.”
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our triple room was spacious and very clean and the hotel transfer to the airport was fantastic value.

“Clean and tidy”
The breakfast was a strong reason to come back. The car park is really easy to get to and it is free. The terrace was really good. Everything seemed to be in order and tidy. The location of the hotel is good if you get to Madrid by car, really close to the highway.

The staff was very helpful and supportive. I had to take the breakfast before 7am, their opening hour, and dispite this, the breakfast was available for me. Thank you!

Our go-to hotel every time we’re in Madrid. Close to the airport (with shuttle services). Close to the shops and restaurants (Burger King is literally just outside the hotel). Plus it is only a walking distance to our relatives’ home. Good basic amenities. And lovely staff. Very child friendly as well. Their housekeeper does this cute thing everytime they clean our room, they would tuck our baby’s barbie doll and stuffed toys in her cot which made our baby happy everytime she sees it.

Very spacious room and well equipped with all the necessary. Big bed and spacious bathroom. Parking space in the hotel. Some good choices for restaurants in the neighborhood. Just 10-15' minutes to the airport by car.

“FRIENDLY, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND PERFECT LOCATION FOR THE AIRPORT!”
The location is very close to the airport. Commercial mall at 5 min, good restaurants and cafes for breakfast around the corner. Great! It was the perfect place for 1 night and to be close to the airport. Shuttles for the airport available for 9 euros (per room) is also available which is convenient if needed. Free covered carpark + Free electric car charger was also very appreciated.
