“Just don't bother, much better around.”

Firstly, trying to get the attention of staff for a drink in the cafe is nearly impossible, not their fault just understaffed. After an 18 hour flight I got in bed at 10pm and the power went off. After finding it was only me I proceeded to reception who sent a tecnico. I then had to change rooms which meant repackaging and moving with zero help. There are NO coffee facilities in the room, which for a 4 star hotel is ridiculous. So I went to reception in the hope of the cafe being open, this was 7:45am, cafe was not open till 8am, again absolutely ridiculous. Asked if there was communal coffee on site, NO. The biggest insult of this so called 4 star hotel is they DO NOT run their shuttle service at weekends? WHY. The hotel is run down and under staffed. Do your best to avoid, I lve stayed at 6 or 7 different 4 star hotels around Barrajas and this is the worse. In fact I was put on the 3 star by an airline which was better than this with better facilities NH. Do yourself a favour and keep scrolling for a different hotel.

I enjoyed the comfy beds with memory foam mattresses. The size of the rooms was great. Good breakfast with choices also for anyone with problems with gluten or wheat. The sweetest staff in the breakfast room. Big plus! We also enjoyed the pool and the rooftop area for a nice relaxing morning in the sun. This place is quite close to the airport, but its still a taxi ride of maybe 7-10 min. But i would absolutely stay here again. Its very well worth the money and the rooftop pool helps alot to get refreshed after a journey.

For a 4 stars hotel some things are not quite good. The TV has only local channels, for example -no smart TV. No open spaces possible unless you walk throught the main door out to the street

It is close to the airport, had everything I needed for a relaxing stay before flying out the next day. The staff were exceptional, my lunch in the restaurant superb and the free shuttle to the airport is such a comfort. They even had a scale to weigh your suitcase in the lobby.

Well kept hotel relatively close to the the airport. Offers airport shuttle services. Rooftop pool is very nice with decent workout/fitness area.

Really good value for money. Lovely and clean. The reception staff and the restaurant/bar staff were very polite and helpful. Roof top pool was great for bothe the adults and teenagers.

I left a previous review and can’t believe I forgot to mention the marks on my son’s neck when returning from the hotel! Ring worm !!! I want my full refund or I will take this further
