Very convenient to airport, 24 hour shuttle. Clean and correct.

The elevator wasn’t working, apparently it broke over a month ago before we checked-in. In fairness though, the hotel staff offered to carry the bags upstairs

The location is good. The staff are kind and provide excellent service.

It was very clean and the staff were great! Very knowledgeable and genuinely interesting to talk to. The bed was super comfortable and the room itself was very lovely. Continental breakfast was great, too (which was included in the booking). Aaron, a gentleman who worked on the front desk was fantastic. We found ourselves chatting away with him, and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is convenient as it is a short drive from Knoxville Airport. We used the hotel as a rest stop before moving further into Tennessee. We stayed at 5 hotels in total, and La Quinta Knoxville Airport was our favourite.

Staff are very friendly and always someone on reception to helpmyou when needed. Beds soooo comfy and surprisingly quiet as close to the airport. Good they have laundry facilities.

The staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful, eager to help, accommodating always appeared to be peppy. The entire facility was clean and there were always people about working to keep it that way. It was very accessible friendly. The lobby was inviting, comfy, and we enjoyed relaxing there with a coffee in the afternoon between activities and suppertime. Will definitely stay here again if we are back this way.

Decent airport hotel with parking and a shuttle

I arrived early and was given a room quickly after having 36 hours of flights, so that was appreciated. I knew it was a budget hotel and I was happy enough with facilities.
