Perfect little getaway - private and beautifully decorated. The host Suzie was very friendly and nothing was too much bother. She has made such an effort to make guests feel welcome; from milk, coffee and cereal being provided to inviting you to share their beautiful garden. The location is excellent, lovely countryside and endless footpaths for long dog friendly walks. Will definitely be bearing this place in mind for a longer stay in the future!

“Relaxing, Beautiful Surroundings and a Great Getaway”

The hosts are a lovely, friendly and very accommodating couple. The room is very cosy and beautifully decorated with quirky and lovely decor. They had left us some added food and drink for us in the room. All our needs were catered for, nothing was a problem. Their beautiful garden is a sanctuary amongst the rolling countryside. They showed us the chill out cabin room at the rear of the garden, so you can look out at the fields.

The peace and tranquility of the location Hosts (Suzie and Roger) were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Roger and Sue were absolutely lovely, they made me feel very welcome and made sure I had everything I needed. The facilities were perfect for me, and I loved the eco shower, a great money and water saving touch. I chose to cook my own food and the cooker, and microwave/oven were easy to use, with the instructions there for reference. The little hut at the bottom of the garden is a nice touch, although I didn't have the time to use it much. Thank you so much for such a relaxing place to stay, and I felt like I'd had a mini holiday, even though I was working. Very comfortable bed. The woods over the road, behind the retirement village are peaceful, and at the moment full of bluebells and wild garlic, a great place to sit and relax in nature.

We loved the location The Malthouse is so comfy and relaxing and close to amenities but offers peace and quiet for optimum rest. Also have the use of a summerhouse but the best thing was Sue nothing was too much trouble. Tea,coffee, fresh milk, fresh orange juice and cereals all provided which was so lovely.

The location, the view too from the summer house was beautiful the little games that was left in there to play was a nice little touch too. Also the use of the coffee machine was a nice touch too.

The hosts were so thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble. The decor and atmosphere was impeccable, honestly the best place for a romantic and fairytale weekend away with the person you love.

Everything it was a perfect the Location and the extra cabin at the end of the garden had loads of music supplied, it was a perfect surprise, total relaxation and unwinding 3 nights.

Small and well maintained, great facilities, ideal for a couples get away with everything we needed to make it comfortable and cosy. Cosy Cabin is a lovely place to spend some time, especially if the weather is nice for a morning coffee.

Location was great,nice and quiet,Susie was very approachable and helpful ,nothing was to much trouble .Heating was good ,tea ,coffee,milk and cereal was appreciated for when you arrived.Lovely shower ,plenty of towels,everything was spotless,home from home.

What a hidden gem. Absolutely fabulous accommodation in a superb, rural location. A beautiful place to stay. Close to Alcester and Stratford upon Avon, it really is convenient if you like the hustle and bustle of the shops and the peace and tranquility of the countryside, this really is for you. Suzie and Roger provided us with our every need, but unless you require anything, will leave you alone to enjoy your stay at this amazing property. Why book a hotel room when you could enjoy the Bijou Malthouse instead.

Location was very good, near to local attractions anf historic towns and villages. Lovely countryside. Accomodation was spotless. We especially liked the cabin room in the garden to relax be cosy and and listen to music. The bijou malthouse was very clean and comfy and had good facilities with tv in the bedroom/kitchen area. Roger and Susie were great hosts, very friendly and helpful with anything we needed and good communication from them. Also nice touch of xereal, milk, butter, and coffee, jams provided and a nice bottle of prosecco to welcome us, very much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
